Study on Controlling Parameters of CTP Plate of Violet Laser

介绍了紫激光CTP具有的高光学分辨力和发光波长处在传统光化学感光材料的感光波长范围等特点。利用海德堡的紫激光直接制版机,对光聚合版材和影响胶印CTP的工艺流程的主要质量控制参数进行了研究分析,确定了影响胶印CTP的工艺流程的主要质量控制参数和光敏CTP流程质量控制方案。

The authors introduced CTP of violet laser which was characterized by its high optical resolution,and its wavelength was within the light-sensitive wavelength of traditional photochemical light-sensitive material.The violet laser platesetter of Heidelberg was utilized,research and analysis were performed on the photopolymerization sheet and main quality control parameters that affected the technological process of offset CTP,which were also ascertained together with the quality control scheme for photosensitive CTP process.
