摘要
介绍了天津科技大学在包装工程特色专业建设实践过程中,通过不断完善培养方案,优化课程体系,深化教学内容、方法与手段的改革,逐步形成了以"包装工艺技术与包装设计"为专业方向,以"艺工结合、以工为主"和面向现代包装工业,进行创新性、实践性工程和管理能力训练为特色的教学模式;凝练出了"应用型理论教学、工程技术型实践教学"理念,建设理论水准高、工程能力强的教学团队,全面提升教学水平与质量。
The authors introduced the gradual formation of "package technology and package design" as the specialty direction by incessant perfection of cultivation scheme,optimization of curriculum system,deepening reform of teaching contents,method and means in the process of construction practice of characteristic package engineering specialty in Tianjin University of Science Technology,the teaching pattern was characterized by "combination of art and engineering,giving priority to engineering",being geared to modernized packaging industry,as well as performing creative and practical engineering and management ability training,the authors summarized the idea of "application type theory teaching and engineering technology type practice teaching".The teaching group with high theoretical level and strong engineering ability shall be constructed,so as to improve the teaching level and quality in an all-round way.
