拔罐疗法的历史沿革

The history of cupping therapy

拔罐疗法是祖国医学非药物民间疗法的一个重要组成部分。古代有“角法”、“针角”、“水角”、“吸法”、”火罐”、“煮竹筒法”等不同称谓。通过文献研究，可对拔罐疗法不同历史时期的名称、罐具材料、吸拔方法以及适应症、禁忌症有一个比较明确的的认识。现代临床上，将拔罐与其它疗法相结合，如药物疗法、针灸疗法等，近几年来较为普及的高科技材料制成的多功能真空拔罐是吸拔方法、罐具特点在现代的一个飞跃。

As an important and integral part of non-drug folk therapy on TCM, there were alsomany other names for cupping therapy, such as “horning” , “neediehorn”,“sucking method”,“firecupping” ,“boiling bamboo cylinder” . By textual investigation, considerable clear recognition can be reachedon the names, cupping instruments, cupping measurse, indications and contraindications in different histor-ical stages. Presently, cupping therapy is combined with other measures, such as drug therapy, acumoxi-bustions etc. In recent years, multi-functional vacuum cupping devices made of high-technical materialsmark a great leap forwared of the featureas of cupping devices and sucking meacures.
