管理控制偏好的内部一致性和外部差异性研究——以维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族和回族为例 被引量:1

摘要 新疆地区的多民族和多宗教可能会形成不同的管理控制偏好,但是,多民族之间的融合又会形成管理控制偏好的相互渗透。本文以维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族和回族为对象,研究这四个民族的管理控制偏好的内部一致性和外部差异性。根据1347份有效问卷的数据统计分析发现:各民族内部的管理控制偏好表现出较大的一致性,各民族之间则表现出较大的差异性。这个发现告诉我们,在管理实践中要重视这种差异的存在,并采取有针对性的措施来应对差异。 Due to multiple peoples and multiple religions in Xinjiang,it is likely to form different management control preference.However,due to the integration among multiple peoples,they can be mutually influenced and penetrated in control management preference.This paper focuses on Uygur,Han,Kazak and Hui nationalities to study both internal coherence and external difference in their management control preference.Based on the data from 1347 copies in a questionnaire,the statistical analysis shows that among Uygur,Han,Kazak and Hui nationalities,there is significant coherence in management control preference within each of their own nationality,but there is a significant difference?in management control preference between different nationalities.This warns us to attach great importance to such difference in practical management and take correspondent measures to handle with the difference.
