摘要
重氮β-萘乙酸甲酯与N-(对硝基苯乙烯基)-吗啉在铜盐催化下反应,能以较高的产率制备4-氧代-4-(4-硝基苯基)-2-(2-萘)-丁酸甲酯.实验分析了催化剂、反应溶剂对这一反应的影响,发现六氟乙酰丙酮铜Cu(hfacac)2催化剂得到的收率最好,所有被测试的溶剂都能以高产率得到产物4-氧代-4-(4-硝基苯基)-2-(2-萘)-丁酸甲酯.
The reaction of Methyl(naphtha-2-yl) diazoacetate with N-(1-(4-nitrophenyl)vinyl)morpholine catalyzed by copper salts provided methyl 4-oxo-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-(2-naphthyl)-butanoate in good yield.The effects of solvents and catalysts on the reaction are investigated.Cu(hfacac) 2 is preferred due to its excellent chemical yield.It is found that all tested solvents provided good yields of methyl 4-oxo-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-(2-naphthyl)-butanoate.
