介绍了薄板坯和中薄板坯连铸机结晶器的形状和主要特点,对比分析了不同类型结晶器内钢液的表面积、钢液流动、结晶器传热、薄板坯厚度、拉坯速度等对连铸过程和铸坯性能的影响,讨论了鞍钢ASP采用的先进技术,指出近年来新建和改造的薄板坯连铸机结晶器厚度呈现增加的趋势,从而解决了设备运行的一些问题,改善了铸坯质量。
This paper describes the shape and main features of a thin slab and medium - thin slab continuous caster mold, and also analyzes the influence of such factors on the continuous casting process and strand quality as superficial area of liquid steel, liquid steel flow, mold heat transfer, thickness of a thin slab and different withdrawal speeds. And the paper also discuses the advanced technology applied by ASP of Angang. Finally the paper indicates that the thickness of a mold used by a newly -built or revamped thin slab continuous caster tends to be thicker and thicker in recent years, which does solve some problems occurring during the operation of equipment and thus im- prove the quality of strands.
