摘要
介绍了鞍钢新型TRIP钢的研制开发过程。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对TRIP钢的微观组织进行观察,通过拉伸实验和汽车零件冲压对TRIP钢的基本力学性能和冲压性能进行了研究。结果表明,TRIP钢由铁素体、贝氏体和残余奥氏体组成,具有良好的强塑性和冲压成形性能。
The research and development process of the new type TRIP steel in Angang is introduced. The mierostructure of the TRIP steel is observed by the metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Basic mechanical properties and drawing properties of the TIRP steel are studied by tensile testing and drawing testing on automobile parts. The results show that the TRIP steel consists of the three main phases such as ferrite, bainite and residual austenite with good strength and toughness and drawing formability.
