摘要
鞍钢第三炼钢连轧厂B#转炉的第一个炉役期应用了激光测厚技术检测炉衬厚度。根据检测结果,在炉役期的不同阶段采取相应的措施维护转炉炉衬,停炉后的炉衬薄弱部位残砖厚度为350 mm,达到了转炉安全停炉标准,满足了转炉的冶炼要求。
Thickness measuring technology by laser is used to determinate the thickness of the lining of B# converter during its first campaign life in No. 3 Steelmaking and Continuous Rolling Plant of Angang. According to the determination, countermeasures for maintaining the lining are taken at different stages during the converter' s first campaign life. When the first campaign service life is over, the thickness of an eroded brick at the weakest location of the lining is 350 mm, which meets the requirements on standards for blowing out a converter safely as well as steelmaking by converter.
