摘要
在全面建设和谐社会新形势下,医院文化内涵建设愈发显示出不可替代的重要作用。但在实际运用中,却容易陷入种种误区而不能发挥其应有作用。必须准确把握医院文化内涵建设的落脚点,通过完善制度建设、推进有效沟通、恪守公平公正、加强领导示范、打造医院形象、营造人际环境等,着力提升组织感召力,使医院文化成为医院建设发展的动力源泉和构建基础。
Under the background of building a harmonious society in an all-round way,it is more apparent that hospital culture is playing an irreplaceable role in hospital development. However,in practice,hospital culture can easily fall into various pitfalls so it cannot function as it should. Therefore,it is imperative to grasp the essence of hospital culture,and to enhance organizational influence through improving hospital rules and regulations,promoting effective communications,adhering to the principle of fairness and justice,strengthening leaders' examples,building good hospital images and cultivating friendly environment,so as to make hospital culture the motivational source and construction basis for hospital development.
