摘要
为客观评价海事管理系统,运用证据推理方法,针对海事管理部门特点,建立海事管理系统评价指标体系.结合某地方海事局实例,说明基于证据推理的海事管理评价方法在应用中的有效性.
To objectively assess maritime management system,an evaluation indexes system based on evidence reasoning was established according to characteristics of maritime authorities of China.An example is given to illustrate the method,and result shows that the proposed method is effective.
