液体工况对湿板振动模态的影响

Effects of liquid cases on the vibration modality of wet plate

摘要 为进一步探究液固耦合问题,采用有限元方法计算液舱中存在的单面湿板和双面湿板的振动模态.利用约束其他弹性板的全部自由度来模拟刚性及固支边界,保证液固交界面的顺利建立.计算结果表明,单面湿板的模态频率随着充液比的增加而逐渐下降;当充液比相同时,密度较大的液体对单面湿板的频率具有更加明显的抑制效果,但是同阶次的湿模态振型却不发生改变.双面湿板的模态频率则随着两边充液比落差的加大而下降;当弹性板两边充液比相同时,由于液体密度差值不大,双面湿板的模态未发生变化. The vibration modalities of single wet and double wet plate in tanks were analyzed with finite element method to further research into the structure-liquid coupling question.To simulate the rigid and fixed boundaries,the method which constraining all the degree-of-freedoms of other elastic plates was introduced,and the building of liquid-structure coupling face was perfectly ensured at the same time.Numerical results indicate that the modal frequency of single wet plate decreases with the increase of liquid filling ratio,and when the liquid filling ratio is the same,the frequency of single wet plate is restrained more obviously by the liquid of heavier density,but the wet modal shape keeps consistent in the same order.Besides,the modal frequency of double wet plate decreases with the increase of liquid filling ratio difference between two sides,but the modality of double wet plate does not change when the liquid filling ratio of two sides is the same,which is due to the micro-difference of liquid density.
