机械设备磨损状态变权综合评价方法

Variable weight synthetic evaluation method for wear condition of machinery

为对设备磨损状态做出准确评价,引入劣化度概念,提出机械设备磨损状态变权综合评价方法.通过最小二乘曲线拟合求取劣化度分布函数,结合算例对实际中机械设备磨损状态进行评估,验证了该方法的有效性.相比常权法,变权综合评价方法能够突出劣态.

To give an exact evaluation for wear condition of machinery,the concept of deterioration degree was introduced,and variable weight synthetic evaluation method for wear condition of machinery was proposed.The deterioration degree distribution function was obtained by using least squares curve fitting method,and evaluation was given for real wear,which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.Comparing with constant weighting evaluation method,the variable weight synthetic evaluation method can make bad condition clear.
