摘要
广西水电工程局2005年进入非洲安哥拉共和国发展业务,随着各项工作的深入开展,交通环境日趋复杂,人员结构和层次各异,大量不同种类的交通设备投入在各施工生产线上;同时,非生产性车辆使用频繁,遇到的情形变化多端,事故风险较高。但是,采取有效措施,健全长效管理机制,就能达到降低或减少发生交通事故的频率,实现公司交通安全管理的良好局面。
Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau began to develop its business in Angola in 2005. As the business develops, traffic conditions become increasingly complex for persons at different levels and traffic facilities of various kinds are involved, vehicles for purposes other than production are used frequently, and accident risk turns out to be great. Effective meastmes are taken, and long-term administrative mechanism is improved to reduce the occurrence frequency of traffic accidents and achieves sound traffic safety management of the company.
