摘要
文章阐述广西水电工程局安哥拉公司根据海外施工的特点,结合公司在首都罗安达地区施工项目点多面广,供应油料情况较为复杂,管理难度高的实际情况,公司决策层知难而上,把油料管理工作放在很重要的地位,采取有效的管理模式,严格要求各级领导齐抓共管,切实减少用油支出。从油料的计划、采购、运输、验收、发放与配送、项目点加油管理以及巴亚营地油库的建设等几个大环节做到在控和可控范围内,建立健全各项规章制度,控制成本取得明显效果。
Oil supply is rather complicated and difficult to manage for the Angola Company of Guangxi Hydroelectric Construction Bureau for it undertakes many projects of various kinds in Luanda. The company attaches great importance to oil management and adopts an effective mode to manage oil planning, purchase, transport, acceptance, dispense, delivery, project oiling and oil depot construction at Baia camp. As a result, oil consumption and cost are reduced.
