浅谈测定煤炭发热量时的若干问题

Some Problems During the Coal Calorific Value Determination

根据多年实践,总结了煤炭发热量测定过程中的若干问题,例如:发热量测定前,必须将煤样混合均匀,并须检查燃烧皿底部是否变形、变薄、可用,还必须对氧弹进行气密性检查;再者,必须注意充氧时间及压力,并对室温进行控制,重视热容量的标定试验和仪器的定期标定;最后分析了点火失败的主要原因,总之用以提高煤炭发热量的测定精度。

The author sums up some problems during the coal calorific value determination to improve its precision. Firstly, before the determination, coal samples should be mixed well, combustion boat should be checked whether it is out of shape, thinner and usable, and oxygen-bomb should be checked for air tightness. Besides, oxygen-filling time and pressure, room temperature, thermal capacity calibration test and instrument＇s regular calibration should be noticed and valued. Finally, the article analyzes the major reasons of ignition failure.
