柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机连杆受力有限元分析

摘要 通过构建柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机连杆的受力模型,得到了连杆合力表达式及计算方法。通过以某款柴油发动机改装的柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件根据所构建的力学模型对其进行有限元分析,得到了柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机在工作过程中连杆的受力变形情况,研究所得结论将为分析柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机连杆失效提供有价值的参考依据。 The expression of resultant force and the calculation method to the connecting rod is obtained by constructing the connecting rod forced model of the diesel /alcohol dual-fuel engine. Meanwhile,aimed at some type of the diesel / alcohol dual-fuel engine refit from the diesel engine,the load and deformation to the connecting rod at the working condition is obtained by applying the software ANSYS,by which performing finite element analysis according to the forced model. The conclusion obtained from the research is valuable reference for analyzing failure to the connecting rod of the diesel /alcohol dual-fuel engine.
