摘要
吊篮式移栽机工作时,受喂苗人员工作频率的影响,移栽机工作速度较慢,移栽效率较低。针对这一问题,研究设计了一种吊篮式移栽机双工位喂苗机构。该机构用栽植单体上的挡铁推动拨杆,由与其铰接的拉杆打开喂苗筒上的活门,实现向吊篮投苗。通过分析确定了喂苗筒的高度,计算优化了喂苗位置和喂苗提前角,减小了喂苗时吊篮对钵苗的损伤并提高了喂苗的准确率。该机构结构合理、喂苗稳定,提高了吊篮式移栽机的工作效率。
The speed of bastkate-type transplanter is very slowly because of the frequency of the workers,and the efficiency of picking seedling is very lowly too. According to this defect,we designed a machinery about bastkate-type transplanter. In this machinery,the iron block of planting monomer is used to push the lever,and the bar which is hinged with it,open the valve of picking seedling tube,it realized that planter were thrown in the bastkate. The height of the planting tube is designed based on analyzing,and the position and advanced angle were optimized based on Calculating,which can reduce the damage of planter by the bastkate and improve the accuracy of planting. This machinery improved the working efficiency of baketape-tpae picking seedling machinery because of reasonable structure and stability planting.
