摘要
针对马铃薯、甜菜在收获后占地面积大、人工堆垛效率低、劳动强度高的难题,应用机械设计软件PRO/E设计了用于堆垛仓储的装仓堆垛机虚拟样机。该机主要由底座部分、链杆式输送系统和皮带输送系统组成,各部分的动力传输通过传动系统相连。该机可以配合装仓运输车使用,能够满足不同的仓储堆垛高度要求,对提高仓储堆垛工作效率具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problems that potatoes and beets occupy much more areas after harvest as well as low efficency and high force of labour in staking done by hand,storehouse staker is designed by means of PRO /E software of mechanical system. The staker is composed of bracket assembly,rod-chain delivery system and belt delivery system. The power of the staker is transferred through drive system. The staker is always used by mating with carrier vehicle and is adapted to various staking height. This staker may enhance working effiency greatly in staking potatoes and beets.
