摘要 针对用输液瓶作容器生产食用菌菌种时,瓶口径小不易装料和棉籽壳流动性差、容重低的问题,在设计时,通过带锥度的搅龙轴和带锥度变螺距的搅龙叶片,实现了物料的合理压缩;通过长于搅龙轴和露于喂料口外的搅龙叶片,实现了物料往瓶内的输送;通过设置导向杆,实现了瓶口与喂料口的对接。在制作时,通过搅龙轴带锥度部分的磨铣加工,保证了主轴加工精度;通过整体搅龙叶片的制作,减少了料行阻力。同时,制成了比手工装瓶速度提高7倍的装瓶机。 To solve the problem of feeding difficulty caused by the small bottle mouth and the poor mobility and low bulk density of cotton seed hull while using transfusion bottle as medium container in mushroom spawn production,the design of the horizontal bottling machine fulfilled the rational compression of the material through tapered auger axes and tapered pitch-changeable blade; fulfilled the feeding of the material through the auger blade longer than the anger axes and staying outside of the feed mouth; fulfilled the jointing of the bottle and the feeding mouth through the guide bar; the manufacture of the bottling machine guaranteed the machining accuracy through the milling to the tapered part of the auger axes and reduced the feeding resistance through the integrated manufacture of the auger blade. This bottling machine can increase the bottling speed for 7 times compared to manual bottling.
