摘要
介电种子分选与传统的分选有着本质的区别,前者是按种子内部活力进行分选的,因而能分选出高质量的种子。精选转鼓是实现种子介电精选的主要部件,也是影响精选效果的主要因素。为此,通过对种子的颜色法试验研究种子介电分选最优转鼓数量。结果表明:双绕线圈转鼓式种子精选机,只设有1组转鼓不能达到良好的分选效果,多级转鼓是有必要的,考虑到结构因素最佳转鼓数量为2组。该结论也被种子的发芽率试验所证实,该结果可为这类种子精选机的设计提供参考。
The electrostatic separation technology for seeds,which is working in accordance with the inner-energy of the seeds,has distinctive advantages over the traditional ones,and therefore,could select more high quality seeds. Refining drum is the key component to the seed electrostatic separation,and the key factor to the results. Through the experiments on the colors of the seeds,the most idea number of drums of the electrostatic separation methods was found. The results demonstrated that the seed selected macheine of double wound coil with a set of drums could not ensure a good result,and it is necessary for multi-drums. For the structure,the most ideal number of the set of drums is two,which is also reconfirmed by the experiments on budding rates. This could also serve reference to the design of this model of seed selected macheine.
