饲料机械故障诊断专家系统的实现及应用

Implementation and Application of Feed Machinery Trouble Diagnosis Expert System

针对大多数饲料企业故障诊断专家缺乏、加工设备管理落后的问题,设计开发了饲料机械故障诊断专家系统。该系统模拟专家的诊断思路和方法,利用Visual Basic,Access,Authorware,Photoshop,Autocad等软件进行编程。该系统主要由故障诊断、知识库管理、信息查询模块组成。结果表明:该系统充分体现诊断专家的特点,使用户通过人机对话的形式快速地找出故障原因、进行知识库维护和信息查询。

A new design of the feed machinery trouble diagnosis expert system has been accomplished aimed to solve the extremely important problem of the lack of trouble diagnosis experts and backward in processing equipment management of feed businesses. The system is designed using software such as Visual Basic,Access,Authorware,Photoshop,Autocad on the basis of imitating experts＇ diagnosis mentalities and methods. The system is mainly made of function modules as follows：trouble diagnosis module、knowledge database and inquire information. The results showed that the system can not only quickly identify the cause of the malfunction through the form of man-machine dialogue,but also the maintenance of knowledge base and information inquiry to fully embody the characteristics of diagnostic experts.
