从影响火电工程建设工期的自然、技术、设备、施工组织与管理等诸多因素出发,阐述了工期、造价、安全、质量之间的相互制约关系,提出了确定火电工程合理工期的重要性,重点从施工现场组织与管理的视角,分析并提出了控制火电厂建设工期的有效途径与方法。

In light of the factors influencing the time limit for the construction of thermal power plants,including the effects of nature,techniques,equipment and management,the correlations among time limit,cost,safety and quality are illustrated.Besides,the importance of time arrangement for construction is emphasized and from the perspective of management,effective methods are put forward to control the time limit for the construction of thermal power plants.
