Analysis on Gender Differences in Linguistic Communicative Styles

每个人的生活都离不开一系列的对话和交际。研究和分析日常交际以及它们对相互关系的影响一直是许多语言学家和社会学家们关注的焦点,因为那些看起来毫无意义的误解常常会干扰人们之间的关系。本文的宗旨不在于肯定哪一种交际方式更好、更易被人们接受、或者鼓励人们完全改变其交际方式,而在于认识存在的交际差异以达到更好的相互理解和适应。

Each person＇ s life is spent in a series of conversations and communications. Studying and analyzing everyday conversations and their effects on mutual relations have been the focus of many linguists and sociolinguists as the seemingly senseless misunderstandings often harm our mutual relations. The primary purpose of this paper is not to determine which eommunieative style is better, more acceptable, to motivate others to change their styles completely, but to recognize and identify the existing differences in order to achieve a better mutual understanding and adaptation.
