群组统一偏好锥DEA方法及其在通信设备供应商评价中的应用

摘要 针对通信设备供应商评价问题构建了一个综合评价指标体系,借鉴DEA方法中偏好锥的概念并结合群组决策方法,给出了群组统一偏好锥的概念及其构造方法,将该偏好锥和理想DMU同时引入CCWH模型,构建了群组统一偏好锥DEA模型.该模型可使评价者在不具备先验信息的条件下获得指标权重的集体偏好用于构造偏好锥,可以避免对判断矩阵进行一致性检验的问题,还可以缓解有效DMU过多而使评价实效的问题.将该模型应用于通信设备供应商评价排序和择优问题,给出了评价案例. A comprehensive evaluation index system for communication equipment supplier is proposed in this paper.Combined with the concepts of preference constrain cone in DEA and group decision method,a new concept of unification preference cone based on group decision is constructed.With the introduction of the concept into the CCWH model,the unification preference cone DEA model is then built.This model could give the group preference of weights,which could be used to construct the preference constrain cone,without the prior preference from the decision maker.It could also avoid consistency test for the judgment matrix and solve the problem that the appearance of too many efficient DMUs may decrease the effectiveness.This model is finally applied to a communication equipment supplier evaluation,ranking and selection problem.An example is given thereafter.
