摘要
叙述了高碳能源体系利用的必要性、社会发展与碳排放的关系以及低碳技术的含义,指出,高碳能源低碳化利用的支撑技术包括3个层次,即基础研究、技术创新和加快经济发展方式的转变,发展战略性的新兴产业,提出了中国发展高碳能源低碳化利用的建议。
This paper describes the necessity of high-carbon energy utilization, the relationship between social development and carbon emissions, and the implication of low-carbon technologies. The supporting technologies of low-carbonizing utilization of the high-carbon energy contains three levels： fundamental research, technical innovation and speeding up the change of economic developmental model, developing strategic emerging industry. The author puts forward suggestion for China to develop low-carbonizing utilization of high-carbon energy.
