摘要
叙述了在建立完善安全文化体系的必要性和紧迫性,指出,应当以科学发展观为统领,以人为本为核心理念,借鉴发达国家安全文化建设的先进理念与实践经验,构建全面、有效、和谐、有尊严的煤炭企业安全文化新模式体系。
The necessity and urgency to establish perfect safety culture were described in this paper, and the author puts outs that we should build a new comprehensive, effective, and harmonious safety culture model system for coal enterprise by taking the scientific development view as guide, taking people-oriented as core concept, drawing safety culture concepts and practical experience from the developed countries.
