摘要 叙述了二恶英的危害性、国内外控制二恶英的政策、相关法律公约以及山西省对二恶英类POPs开展的工作。根据2006年至2008年山西省持久性有机污染物(POPs)调查数据和山西省炼钢生产行业的二恶英排放源数据,结合国家及山西省钢铁行业的产业政策,提出了炼钢行业二恶英减排措施及建议。 This paper discusses the harmfulness of dioxin, related policies and legal conventions at home and abroad and work about dioxin-like POPs in Shanxi province. In view of the data of POPs and dioxin emission source in steel-making industry in Shanxi province from 2006 to 2008, and combined industrial policies in steel-making industry of the nation and Shanxi province, the author puts forward proposals for dioxin emission reduction measures in steel-making industry.
