梅钢公司废水回收利用进展

The Development about Recovery and Reuse of Wastewater at Meigang Company

文章介绍了梅钢公司的废水综合治理及回收利用。通过对处理后的水质进行分析以及回用水在生产实践中的应用,将梅钢回用水厂建成前后的取水量、排水量、吨钢耗新水作对比,结果表明:在钢铁工业中推行废水的综合治理与利用,有利于提高水的重复利用率,节约宝贵的水资源。

This paper introduces the comprehensive management,recovery and reuse of wastewater at Meigang company.We analyse the water quality after management, and reuse the wastewater in the production practice, and then compare with water intake, drainage and fresh water consumption for producing per ton of steel after wastewater management factory is built. It is showed that promoting the comprehensive management,recovery and reuse of wastewater in the steel ＆ iron industry is favor of improving the efficiency of repetitious reuse water and saving the invaluable water resource
