ST-T异常疑为冠心病而冠状动脉造影阴性60例分析

Clinical Analysis of Angiographically Normal Patients with Electrocardiographic ST-T Changes

对60例胸痛伴心电图ST－T异常疑为冠心病而冠状动脉造影阴性患者进行临床分析。60例患者中男39例，女21例，年龄36～69y，平均年龄（56．77±8．44）y。分别进行心电图（包括运动心电图）、心脏二维超声心动图检查和选择性冠状动脉造影。结果；60例ST-T异常疑为冠心病而冠状动脉造影阴性患者中：①大部分患者胸痛症状不典型；②合并存在高血压者较多；③合并心律失常者较多；④血脂异常者中以高甘油三酯居多。结果提示：对临床上以不典型胸痛为主诉、心电图有ST－T异常改变的患者，临床医生诊断其为冠心病应慎重。

Sixty clinically suspected coronary heart disease patients (39 males and 21 females, aged 36 to 69,average age 56.77±8. 44) with electrocardiographic ST-T changes but angiographically normal were analysed. The characteristics were as follows: ① most of the patients had atypical chest pain; ② the association with high blood pressure was high; ③ many cases were complicated with arrhythmias; ④ cases of high plasma TC level were predominent in abnormal plasma lipid level. The results show that physicians should be cautious to make a diagnosis of coronary heart disease in patients with atypical chest pain and electrocardiographic ST-T changes.
