The Realization for Production Data Sharing by Using LAN

分析了现存的数据管理方法存在的问题,指出了开发新的数据管理系统的必要性,介绍了利用数据库编程软件开发出一个数据管理系统,该系统利用局域网数据共享的特点,实现各种生产数据即时可见,还可通过自动绘制直方图的功能对主要生产指标进行分析。大大方便了管理者查阅数据和解决生产问题的需要。同时也取消了矿部调度台账和日报表制度,减少了大量的纸张费用和电话往来业务。

This article analyses the issue of current data management methods and points out the necessity of developing a new data management system.And then it introduces the new data management system which utilizes Database Software.As the data can be shared in the LAN,all kinds of production data can be known by the producers.Also the producer analyses main production quota by its function of drawing histogram automatic.At the same time it is more convenient for managers to look up data and solve production problems.Meanwhile it can cancel the institution of standing book and daily statement and cut down the expenses of paper and telephone.
