改良式子宫下段剖宫产术287例临床分析

Analysis of 287 Cases with Modified Low Cervical Cesarean Section

为了解改良式子宫下段剖宫产术临床应用价值，对287例改良式子宫下段剖它产术病例进行详细分析。结果表明，改良式子宫下段剖宫产术手术时间短、损伤小、术中出血少、腹部伤口瘢痕纤细、美观，病人术后恢复快。该结果提示该术式在临床上有很高的应用和推广价值。

287 cases with modified low cervical cesarean section was analyzed in detail to evaluate its practical vaiue. The results showed that this operative method can shorten operative time, lessen damage, reduce hemorrhage during operation, make abdominal scar fine and quicken recovery of a patient from operation. Thus this operauve method is highly recommended.
