青年人急性胰腺炎62例临床分析

Analysis of 62 Young Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

对近3a来本院收治的40y以下的青年急性胰腺炎患者62例与同期住院的176例非青年患者进行临床分析。发现青年人急性胰腺炎患者女性多于男性，饮食不当所致者明显高于其他病因；均有腹痛，但反跳痛、腹肌紧张、黄疸、神志变化的发生率较低，发热程度以低、中度热为主；血清总胆红素（TBIL）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）及血糖升高的发生率明显低于对照组．检测尿淀粉酶（Am）的阳性率明显高于对照组；超声表现以胰腺体积增大、回声低为主；重症者少，并发症少，恢复快，预后较好。

Clinical features of 62 young petients with acute pencreatitis (AP) were analyzed and compared with AP patients aged over 40 hospitalized in the same period. The incidence was higher in females. Inappropriate diet (over-eating. high fat food and alcohol drinking, etc. ) was the most common cause in the young group. All cases had aboominal pain, but aboominal wall rigidity, rebound tenderness, jaundice were less seen as compared with the control. Most cases had mild and moderate fever. Serum TBIL, ALT and glucase were low, whereas positive urine amylase was much higher than the control. Ultrasonic examination revealed enlarged pancreas and echo was lower.Prognosis was better in young group. Serious cases and complications were rarely seen.
