低度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤37例化疗疗效观察

Chemotherapeutic Effects in 37 Cases with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

对37例经病理论断为低度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者进行了临床疗效分析，对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者给予全身化疗加肿瘤灶局部放疗，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者给予以全身化疗为主的治疗。治疗结果：Ⅱ期的治疗效果好于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期；A组的治疗效果好于B组。完全缓解（CR）率35．1％，部分缓解（PR）率27．0％，有效率（CR＋PR）62．1％。认为：低度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤虽有较长的生存期，但采用标准方案治疗，仍不能长或缓解，且化疗的缓解率低于中、高度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤。

This paper analysed therapeutic effects in 37 cases pathologically confirmed as low grade nonHodgkin's lymphoma patients of stag Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ were treated with systemic chemotherapy plus local radiotherapy.Patients of stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ were treated with systemic chemotherapy. Therapeutic results revealed that complete remissbo (CR) rate was 35. 1%, partial remission (PR) rate was 27. 0%. Respose rate (CR+PR) was 62. 1 %.Low grade non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma had long term overall survival but didn't show long term remission. The remission rate of low grade non- Hodgkin's lymphoma was lower than that of intermediate and high grade nonHodgkin's lymphoma;The therapeutic effect of stuge Ⅱ was better than that of stuge Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ; The therapeutic effect of A group was better than that of the B group.
