基于改建型物流园区建设必要性的思考

Study on the Rebuilt Logistics Parks as an Indispensable Form of Logistics Park Construction

针对近年来我国出现的物流园区"规划热",提出了新建型和改建型物流园区的概念,并分析了两种物流园区各自的特点,探讨了我国积极建设改建型物流园区的必要性,并列举改建型物流园区的部分典型案例,最后得出改建型物流园区的规划和建设是今后物流园区发展的方向之一。

In view of the fevered development of logistics parks in recent years in China, the paper introduces the concepts of newly -built and rebuilt logistics parks, analyzes their respective features and the significance and necessity of the rebuilt logistics parks, and, on the basis of several classic cases of rebuilt logistics parks, reaches the conclusion that the planning and construction of rebuilt logistics parks would be an important form of logistics park development.
