摘要
基于达文波特对知识员工的分类方法,分析了他们的工作特点和管理难点,并结合员工的职业生涯规划,尝试性地提出了一种更具灵活性的新型薪酬激励体系。
Based on the Davenport classification of knowledge - based employees, the paper analyzes their working characteristics and management difficulties and, taking into consideration the career plans of the employees, attempts at building a more flexible incentive remuneration system.
