Study on the Modes of Information Tracing and Tracking in the Trusted Circulation of Agricultural Products

针对农产品流通过程中涉及的环节比较多,结合农产品自身易腐烂变质、以及附加值比较低等特点,从农产品流通的模式及所需采用的信息跟踪追溯技术入手,结合农产品的特点,对农产品流通中的信息跟踪追溯模式进行探讨,给出较为合理的解决方案。

Circulation of agricultural products involves many different processes and, considering their perishable nature and low added value, the information tracing and tracking regarding agricultural products is often stuck in the paradox of ＂ quality/ safety versus cost＂. The paper starts from the modes of product circulation and the technologies involved in the information tracing and tracking, takes into consideration the characteristics of agricultural products, and reaches some satisfactory solutions to the existing problems.
