摘要
对近十几年内中国民航的多起危险接近事件,以及世界航空史上的空中相撞事故进行了细致的分析.深入讨论了两种空中防碰撞的评估方法,详细描述了用基准系统比较法和临界值评估法进行评估的流程,并比较分析了两种方法的优缺点.对未来繁忙空域中,空中碰撞风险的安全性评估提供了评估依据和指导建议.
The author carries out detailed researches and analyses about the several dangerous approaching incidents happened to Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC) on the last ten years,and several air crash accidents in the world aviation history.Then carries out in-depth discussion about the two assessments of preventing aerial collision,Reference System assessing method and Threshold Limit Value(TLV) assessing method,respectively.The author also describes the procedures for these two assessments,and compares their superiorities and inferiorities.These two assessments provide basis and guidable recommentdations for the future security assessment of aerial transportation in the busy airspace.
