摘要
以404.4nm作为测定波长,在试液中加入一定量氯化铯,对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定复混肥中钾含量的方法进行了研究。最佳测定条件为:燃助比1:6,燃烧器高度8mm,钾元素空心阴极灯电流3.51mA。钾质量浓度在0—80μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,测定标准偏差低于0.05%,相对标准偏差低于1.0%,加标回收率为98.0%~102.0%。该方法与重量法测定结果基本一致,适合于大批量样品的检验。
With 404.4 nm as measured wavelength we researched the methods determining the potassium content in compound fertilizer with flame atomic absorption spectrometry through adding quantitative cesium chloride into test liquid. The 1 : 6 fuel to air ratio, 8 mm height combustor, 3.51 mA current for hollow cathode lamp of potassium are optimum conditions. There are good linear relation between potassium concentration and absorbance when the concentration is at 0 - 80 μg/mL. While determined standard deviation below 0. 05% , the relative standard deviation lowers 1.0%, recovering rate of standard sample is at 98.0% -102.0%. The result obtained by this method is basically in accordance with the one obtained by gravimetric method. The method is suited for examining large amount of samples.
