摘要
教师是人权教育的重要环节,人权教师应放弃传统教育模式中的角色定位,实现从知识提供者向引导者的转变。人权教师与学习者一样,是教育过程的平等参与者和共同合作者。为了实现这一转变,人权教师既要熟悉人权教育的内容,又要精通便于学习者参与的实践技巧。同时,还要面临一些个人的挑战。作为引导者,人权教师的主要作用是对教学进行系统安排,对要讨论的问题进行准确定位,建立并维持一个信任和尊重的学习环境。
Teachers are an important part of human rights education. Human rights teachers should transform from knowledge providers to facilitators who are collaborators with learners as equal participants in the educational process. To achieve this transformation, it is essential for the human rights teachers to become proficient both in the substance of human rights education and the techniques expected to be learned by the learners. Meanwhile, they must also accept substantial personal challenges. As a facilitator, the main role of the human rights teachers is to provide a structure for learning, orient the problems which will be discussed and create and sustain an environment of trust and respect.
