Kazakhstan Government has been attaching importance to building and developing bilateral relationship with America since its independence.In the past ten years,the two sides have made substantial progress in many fields under the efforts of two corresponding governments,such as cooperation cognition,cooperation field,cooperation level and cooperation interest.There are important reference value and significance for promoting Sino-Kazak Strategic Cooperation Partner by reviewing the Kazak-US relation development course and status quo,analyzing its inherent essence,probing into its future development tendency.
