高职院校加强人文素质教育的对策探讨

On Measures of Enhancing Humanistic Education in Higher vocational Colleges

人文教育与科学教育融合,可缓解高科技发展对人性的扭曲,使技术达到人性化,也是培养高级应用型技术人才的必由之路,高职院校必须有效地实施人文素质教育。

Students＇ Career Development is important in the talent cultivation system of higher vocational education, which is also a key content of employment service. We should attach importance to the students＇ sustainable development and provide guidance to them, thus improving their competence in the employment market. This paper made some clarifications in the position and characteristics of this course and provided some explorations on how to establish the career development system in higher vocational colleges.
