Creating Harmonious Campus Based on People-oriented Principles

当前我国大学校园人际关系的现状、存在的问题,应该从老师、学生这两个主体的视角进行分析和解决,积极寻求建立教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间的和谐人际关系的方法,营造以学生为本、以教师为本的校园环境,构筑一个充满生机活力、富有科学理性而又体现人文关怀的和谐校园。

Analyzing the present situation and solving the existing problems of interpersonal relation in colleges should be done from the perspectives of both teachers and students. We should find ways to build up a harmonious interpersonal relation between teachers and students and students themselves; create a student - oriented and teacher - oriented campus; and construct a harmonious campus idled with vigor, reason, and humanistic care.
