摘要
从哈贝马斯的公共性概念出发,以《南方周末》关于医疗事故处理政策论辩为案例,对大众传媒及公共政策之公共性问题进行考察。在该大众传媒个案中,传媒的公共性得以很好彰显。而在该公共政策个案中,公共政策的公共性也充分显现。本个案的剖析,可以为当前中国大众传媒、公共政策之公共性问题的研究提供一个微观视角。
Based on Habermas' publicity concept and case study of the debate started by Southern Weekend on policy to handle medical malpratice,this paper investigated the publicity of mass media and public policy.The case findings show that manifest are the publicity of mass media and public policy as well,providing a micro angle to view the publicity of mass media and public policy in China today.
