三种根管充填糊剂在一次性根管治疗术疗效观察

Three thirty-eight paste filling in one-time root canal therapy postoperative pain and clinical observation

目的比较三种根管充填糊剂在一次性根管治疗疗效。方法 343颗需根管治疗的患牙随机分成三组,分别以Cortisomol糊剂(A组)、Vitapex糊剂(B组)、AHPlus根充糊剂(C组)加牙胶尖作为根充材料一次性充填根管,采取一次法根管治疗,随诊观察术后7d及1年后的临床疗效和疼痛反应情况。结果 Cor-tisomol糊剂及Vitapex糊剂治疗组根管治疗术后疼痛发生率较AHPlus根充糊剂组显著较低(P<0.01);术后一年复查,三组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Cortisomol糊剂及Vitapex糊剂充填根管可以有效减少一次性根管充填术后急性期疼痛的发生。

Objective to compare the three thirty- eight paste filling the paste filling Cortisomol （root Vitapex root paste filling, AH, Plus the paste filling root canal therapy in one- time postoperative pain and clinical curative effect. Methods 343 tooth root canal therapy to the teeth were divided into 3 groups randomly, Cortisomol paste （group A）, Vitapex paste （group B） AH Plus root filling paste （C） and pointed teeth filling materials for rubber root canal filling, once again, the method of root canal therapy with postoperative observation and 1 year of 7d clinical curative effect of reaction condition of pain. Results Cortisomol Vitapex paste paste in treatment group and the incidence of postoperative pain root canal therapy is AH Plus root paste filling significantly lower group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, After a year between three groups, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cortisomol paste paste filling and Vitapex root canal can effectively reduce the one- time root canal filling after acute pain.
