急性下肢深静脉血栓介入联合手术治疗

Acute Deep Veins of Lower Limb Thromb emerge operation treatment

目的探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成介入联合手术治疗方法。方法经股静脉切开治疗对40例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成。结果 40例治疗成功,37例髂静脉狭窄,10例放置支架;随访40例,3～32个月。33例患肢肿胀消失,6例有不同程度的下肢肿胀,1例球囊扩张复发。随访时血管造影20例,18例血管形态良好,2例呈血栓后综合征表现。结论效果满意,多数患者能耐受。

Objective To investigate the intervention and affiliation operative treatment of acute deep veins of lower limb Thromb emerge.. Methods 40 patients with DVT of lower limb in our hospital from Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among these patients, 40 cases were cured, 35 cases were Iliac vein stenosis, and 10 cases were stent implantation. 40 cases were follow- up in 3-32 months. 33 cases DVT of lower limb swelling disappeared, 5 cases Limb swelling were reduced obviously, To one case the treatment with the balloon dilation was relapse, 20 cases of follow up patients were Angiography, 18 cases Vascular form is good, 2 cases show the l^stthrombotic syndiomee. Coclusion The therapeutic effect of intervention joint thrombeetomy by surgery method of the treatment for acute deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in lower limbs is satisfactory, Most of the patients can tolerate.
