摘要
配料作为饲料生产工艺过程中一道非常重要的工序,直接影响饲料产品的质量。为此,以封闭式自动配料系统模型为基础,以AT89S52单片机为控制主体,结合光电传感器、计量传感器等检测元件以及电磁铁、电机等执行元件完成对系统的控制。同时,编写交互式控制界面,对系统进行配置及控制。这对自动化配料系统以及自动化养猪厂具有现实的意义。
As a important working procedure in the Feed productive technology process,Feed configuration affect feeds quality directly. Based on a closed model of automatic feed configuration system,Using the MCU as the core,combined with testing components,such as photoelectric sensors,measuring sensors,and implementation of components,such as electromagnet and the electrical components ,this paper complete to control the system. At the same time,an interactive control interface is redacted to control the system configuration. The study has a practical meaning for automatic feed configuration system and pig plant.
