摘要 研究开发了水果品质智能化动态实时检测和分级系统,着重研究其水果输送翻转、水果精确过渡、水果动态称重和水果分级等子系统的相关机械与控制关键技术。在实时检测和分级过程中,水果以一定速度向前输送,并快速均匀翻转,以合适的位置和姿态传送到精确过渡系统,然后通过水果精确过渡系统传递给动态称重系统,从而准确、快速地获得该水果的质量信息。通过微机控制动态称重系统智能识别,综合判断每一水果的等级,结合控制系统获取并确定每个水果的位置信息,由控制模块将指令传输给分级系统,完成水果的分级。 A type of intelligent real-time inspection and grading equipment which is used to detect the quality of fruits was designed. The key techniques which are used in the fruit flip conveyor system,fruit accurate transition system,fruit dynamic weighing system and fruit grading system were focused on. During the process of real-time inspecting and grading,fruits are conveyed forward with a certain speed and flipped rapidly and equably,so as to be sent to the accurate transition system at the right position and posture. Then the fruits will be sent to the dynamic weighing system through the accurate transition system to be assured that the dynamic weighing system can obtain the information of the fruits accurately and rapidly. Microcomputer is used to control the dynamic weighing system to distinguish intelligently and discriminate the grade of each fruit in a comprehensive way. Obtain and define the information of each fruit's position with the help of the control system,meanwhile,send the instructions to the grading system by the control module to complete the fruits'grading.
