厚皮甜瓜是一种具有重要经济价值和营养价值的水果,该果品内部品质的无损检测对其生产及流通有重要意义。为此,综述了国内外厚皮甜瓜无损检测采用的方法,包括力-变形特征测试、声振动特征测试和光谱特征测试,指出采用光谱特征进行厚皮甜瓜品质无损检测是发展趋势。

Muskmelon is a kind of fruit with important economic value and nutritional value. There is great significance in manufacture and circulation for its inner quality detecting nondestructively. An overview is given of nondestructive measuring methods for use in measuring quality attributes of muskmelon,such as strength-elastic deformation characteristic testing,acoustic characteristic testing and spectroscopy characteristic testing. And the viewpoint that the spectroscopy analysis method is most likely to be used in measuring quality attributes of muskmelon nondestructively was presented.
