摘要
提出了一种稳定性高、抗干扰能力强的小型发电机逆变电源的设计方案。采用瑞萨科技的工业级电机控制专用处理器H8/3687作为控制核心,产生频率为12.5 kHz的高频SPWM脉宽调制信号,SPWM信号通过结合具有高频抗干扰技术的驱动电路,将低压的控制信号和高电压信号隔离开,避免了高压信号对控制信号的影响。最后有效地驱动了组成逆变桥的IGBT。实验表明,这种小型发电机逆变电源能够在较强的外界干扰下平稳运行,可以实现220 V/50 Hz交流电的稳定输出,且输出误差保持在±3%的范围内。
In this paper, a high stability, strong anti-interference ability of small generators inverter power's design is presented Renesas Technology's industrial-grade motor control MCU H8/3687 is used as control core. High-frequency pulse width modulator of 12.5kHz is generated by this processor. This SPWM signals pass through drive circuit which combined with high frequency anti-interference technology, so that control signals and high-voltage signals can be isolated and electromagnetic interference can be reduced. Finally the signal drives IGBT which composed of inverter bridge. The test result indicates that in the strong interference the small generator's inverter power runs stability, AC 220V/50Hz can be achieved stable, and output error remains at the range of +3%.
