Establishing and perfecting the cooperation and coordination mechanism of functional departments to ensure the effectiveness of litigation supervision

检察机关对诉讼活动的法律监督是《宪法》和法律赋予的重要职责。全面强化侦查监督、审判活动监督以及执行和监管监督,必须建立健全完善的监督机制,除了建立与相关司法机关的沟通、制约机制外,还必须建立健全检察机关内部各职能部门之间资源共享、信息互通、职能互补的诉讼监督工作新机制,这是增强诉讼监督效果,提高法律监督能力重要途径。

The legal supervision on the proceedings by the procuratorial organs is the important responsibility invested by the＂Constitution＂and the law.Full strengthening supervision of investigation and judicial activities,implementing and monitoring the supervision,we must establish and improve the supervision mechanism,in addition to establishing communication and control mechanism with the relevant judicial organs,still must establish a sound internal sharing of resources,information exchange,and complementary functions among the various functional departments,which is an important way to enhance the effect of legal supervision and to improve the capacity of legal supervision.
